you thrive in developing and steering the sales process, strategy, and people development. Reporting to our CCO (Bastiaan), you will lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team (#10), achieve goals, and ensure execution excellence. Your background in B2B SaaS is crucial in ensuring your teams are motivated and equipped to achieve our business targets.

Your track record showsAt least 5 years experience in SaaS sales, with a preference for B2B.2+ years in a managerial role, leading teams to success.You’re professional, patient and boast an on-point, no BS communication style.You have CRM (Salesforce is our favorite) knowledge and a passion for tech.You love multicultural, remote, and fast-paced startup environments.You are fluent in English. Additional language skills arewelkom/wilkommen/bienvenidos/kyaosopartaal.
