We are looking for a Clinical Study Researcher for our adult category team within the Medical and Nutritional Science (MNS) team. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and work with others functions in the MNS team. The team’s clinical focus is the set-up, conduct and exploitation of clinical studies of our current portfolio and future innovation in adult care and in particular tube feeds.

As a Clinical Study Researcher you will provide scientific and clinical expertise in our research and innovation projects. With your strong scientific skills and experience in clinical study methodology and analysis, you will be responsible for study design, writing of the protocol, analysis, interpretation and reporting of the study (results) in accordance with the clinical study plan, applicable legislation and Standard Operating Procedures.

About You

You are passionate about making health differences and bringing clinical evidence to products and services. You have a university degree and or PhD in life science or related scientific discipline and have profound experience in (international) clinical research in an academic setting or the (bio-) pharmaceutical industry. You have thorough scientific knowledge in study methodology and expertise concerning clinical research and literature data.

In addition, you bring

• Scientific expertise in the field of evidence generation in relevant therapeutic areas
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, legislation, SOPs and clinical study methodology
• Scientific expertise in the field of medical nutrition (or related area) is an advantage and/or you are willing and able to become familiar in this field.
• Network of Key Opinion Leaders/investigators/experts within adult care therapeutic areas is an advantage.
• Curiosity to connect science and methodologies into opportunities within one study and/or across different studies
• Excellent command of spoken and written English for writing protocols, study documents, papers, reports and delivering presentations
• Pragmatic attitude and be adaptable to the changing needs of the business.
• Like to work very precise and to solve complex challenges
• Ability to think logically and analytically
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide range of people
