About your role

This is how you will make the difference

As Program Manager Demonstrators your primary task is to oversee and the call process of Demonstrator projects. These projects will show the innovative development process by accelerating the delivery of better therapeutic candidates that can enter the clinical phase. You will act as direct liaison with our Demonstrator Advisory Board and ensure that the selection process is carried out with the utmost transparency, integrity and independency, free from bias. You will be instrumental in attracting innovative research projects that have the potential to make significant contributions to the field of oncology

The ideal candidate is an experienced process coordinator who can efficiently liaise with the Demonstrator advisory board, ensuring that all projects are evaluated fairly, and that the selection process remains transparent and unbiased. For this you will possess understanding of the scientific research landscape, combined with exceptional organisational and communication skills, to oversee a process that upholds the integrity and mission of Oncode Accelerator.

In terms of qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of project management or process coordination experience, preferably in the life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of the preclinical development process.
• Proven track record of managing multiple processes in parallel.
