The Role:
This is a non-billing management position based in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for leading an existing team of 15, who are acquiring business primarily with IT focused clients within the Dutch market.
Your day-to-day role will involve:
- Increase contract revenue streams within existing and prospective clients across the Netherlands via a vertical market led strategy.
- Leading the day-to-day management of their Dutch entity and existing team of 360-Recruitment Consultants.
- Identifying training and development needs of the team and overseeing this process to ensure all colleagues achieve their full potential.
- Full P&L management.
- Expanding the headcount via new hires and continued staff retention.
About You:
- An experienced Recruitment Manager with a proven track record in contract IT Recruitment, to build and develop their Dutch IT division.
- You must have a minimum of 5 years’ IT Contract Recruitment experience (within an agency), 3 of which must be experience in a Management role.
- The ability to fluently speak Dutch would be highly preferrable, with English being essential.
- Must have right to work in the EU
- Having previously delivered a vertical market-led business development strategy is desirable.
- You must be motivated by training, coaching and developing on an individual and group level.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be credible, confident and professional.
